Prior to your valuation we will match your properties details with our registered buyer database to highlight how many potential buyers can be instantly contacted on your property coming to the market. As soon as we are instructed to market your property your dedicated sales consultant will phone these qualified buyers to arrange immediate viewings to maximise the launch of your property to the market.

Internet Marketing
The majority of buyers will start their property search online resulting in maximum enquiries from local, regional and national buyers. We focus the majority of resources into online marketing on leading websites such as the uks number 1 property portal RIGHTMOVE.CO.UK, in addition to countless other websites. With the constant progression of internet marketing, buyers can look at not only photographs of your property, but floorplans, google street view, maps, local amenities & distance from transport links if appropriate. We believe this form of marketing cannot be beaten.

Every aspect of our service is carefully thought through from the buyers and sellers perspective, this being the case our for sale boards are not only very distinctive but are fully cleaned prior to installation and maintained efficiently during the presence at your property.

Our Branch
We take great care in the presentation of our town centre branch. Our window display is carefully thought through to ensure your property is always visible and rearranged and renewed weekly. Buyers can visit the office and at all times sit down with our team and discuss their requirements. We make the most of every enquiry received for your property.

Sales Brochures
To ensure your property is presented to buyers in the best possible way, we will create carefully presented full colour brochures which will include numerous colour professional looking photographs & 3D flooplans. The brochure of your property is also available for buyers to download as a Pdf meaning a full brochure is available to anyone at anytime.

Viewings
If your property is vacant or you do not wish to be present for viewings then we will be happy to conduct all viewings for you. In addition, if you would just like us to be present whilst potential buyers view your property we are happy to do this. This being the case we can possibly answer any awkward questions and provide any additional information to the viewer on the sales process.

Marketing to Buyers
In addition to calling all qualified buyers we have immediately matched to your property we send further details to these buyers by either emails, SMS and postal details depending how the buyer has opted to receive the information, enabling customers to view at their leisure and prompting viewings in the first weeks of marketing. In addition to specific marketing to matched buyers, your property will be emailed in our weekly buyer e-shot to prompt interest from undecided buyers.

Viewing and Feedback
This part of our service is designed solely from the sellers perspective and provides for excellent communication of viewings and feedback. Feedback is a vital part of the sales process and we aim to provide this to you within 24 hours of the viewing having taken place whether by email, SMS or phone depending on your specified method. Your personal consultant will discuss any possible solutions to feedback received.

Sale Agreed
When an offer has been successfully negotiated we will update you on progress weekly. You will need to routinely contact your solicitor/conveyancer to prompt them to achieve your move as quickly as possible.

Marketing Review

If after one month an offer has not been received for your property then your personal consultant will carry out a full review of marketing techniques.
